Hi, thanks for purchasing our plugin and  here’s the steps on building the demo for Android Ultimate Plugin for Unity3D.

Android Ultimate Plugin – Steps on building the demo

New Project Setup

  • Create a new Unity3D Project
  • Download the Android Ultimate Plugin Unity Package from Asset Store https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/38872
  • Import the Android Ultimate Plugin Unity Package
  • Download the 3rd party dependencies .aar files from Android SDK or from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw14w3QBZaGxek5haDNNeVNTRGc/view?usp=sharing
  • Extract the 3rd party dependencies .aar some where in your machine
  • Copy  and paste the 3rd party dependencies .aar inside your Unity3D project directory Assets/Plugins/Android
  • Download universal-image-loader jar file dependencies from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw14w3QBZaGxVWszZGZnMEdISlE/view?usp=sharing
  • Extract universal-image-loader some where in your machine
  • Copy and paste universal-image-loader jar file inside your Unity3D project directory Assets/Plugins/Android/aup/libs
  • Open the Demo Scene (Assets/AndroidUltimatePlugin/Scenes/Demo) and add it to your project scene by going to File/Building Settings/ and look for add open scenes button
  • Switch Platform to Android
  • Click Player Settings Check Company Name and Product Name modify it if you want just make sure it’s not the Default value from Unity3D
  • Go to other Settings check the package name, you need to modify it and use your app package name ex. com.yourcompanynamehere.yourappnamehere
  • After all this setup you can build and run now

 

Existing Project Setup

  • Open your existing Unity3D Project
  • Download the Android Ultimate Plugin Unity Package from Asset Store https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/38872
  • Import the Android Ultimate Plugin Unity Package
  • Download the 3rd party dependencies .aar files from Android SDK or from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw14w3QBZaGxek5haDNNeVNTRGc/view?usp=sharing
  • Extract the 3rd party dependencies .aar some where in your machine
  • Copy  and paste the 3rd party dependencies .aar inside your Unity3D project directory Assets/Plugins/Android
  • Download universal-image-loader jar file dependencies from this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw14w3QBZaGxVWszZGZnMEdISlE/view?usp=sharing
  • Extract universal-image-loader some where in your machine
  • Copy and paste universal-image-loader jar file inside your Unity3D project directory Assets/Plugins/Android/aup/libs
  • Open the Demo Scene (Assets/AndroidUltimatePlugin/Scenes/Demo) and add it to your project scene by going to File/Building Settings/ and look for add open scenes button
  • Switch Platform to Android
  • Click Player Settings Change the Company Name and Product Name to your company and product details
  • Go to other Settings Change the package name, you need to modify it and use your app package name ex. com.yourcompanynamehere.yourappnamehere
  • After all this setup you can build and run now

If you are not using Google Play Services  you can open  Assets/Plugins/Android/aup Android Manifest .xml file and remove this line

<meta-data android:name=”com.google.android.gms.version” android:value=”@integer/google_play_services_version” />
